and on your hands.

When you’re in the street, don’t be surprised if people glance at you and 

then avert their eyes in revulsion. They know your deed.
Once you’ve opened this door and made your surreptitious return to properly 

sanitised society, remeber what you did here.
The guilt may never leave you. 

You may find yourself scrubbing your body over and over and over 

again for eternity as a result of your depraved act.

But do not despair - regular playing of 

Zeppheroin could help suppress the gnawing fear of exposure.

Post-rock, a smattering of Electronica and an unhealthy

obsession with distorted guitars, Zeppheroin have produced

an album with a disregard for modern production techniques,

going for the mind melting "Raw Power" needle-in-the-red

style that has distressed so many lovers of sterile digital music.

With a cleanish singing/shouting style that delivers the

themed lyrics dealing with loss, religion, self awareness and

governments in a sneer of despair, this 30 minute album delivers

a sonic assault on the world we live in.

Continuing the shameless promotion of my band Zeppheroin,
one of my tracks was featured on Radio Panik, Brussels!
The playlist contains snippets of conversations, radio static etc mixed
over jazz/ambient/post-rock songs, making my track very jarring

It is that time of the year when I unleash some of my music

onto the world. 

Help spread the horrible tunes that exist in my brain!

Still drawing upon my holy scripture of hardcore aggression and 

noise rock discordance, I have slowly been drawn into the fetid 

depths of Riff worship - the slower the better. 

Elements of Doom are now apparent but with my needles 

in-the-red recording technique still favouring slabs of distortion 

rather than clarity or production, it is still lo-fi and rough as fuck.

It is that time of the year where once again I make an album

instead of just reviewing it.

Slow, heavy as fuck riffs but no mention of the occult or 

burning witches - is it still Doom?

Hypnotic grooves and shit loads of distorted guitar but all in the 

spirit of The Stooges or VU - is it still Stoner?

Recorded on cheap equipment and all the vocals and solos were 

limited at two takes so the attack and intensity were not lost - 

punk still runs in my blood.

Play it and make your own mind up.

Better still, send it to people you hate.

Real Cool Time ........ end of transmission.

And so, my faithful download monkeys, it is time for me to depart.

I have had a real cool time and achieved everything I set out to do

but lately it has become a chore thinking about reviews and listening

to prospective new music that has been sent to me. 

With so much great music coming out every day, I just wanna listen

to new shit and groove out to the sounds and jump up and down

and bang my head without thinking about how I will write about it.

I have 2 music collaborations coming and some more Zeppheroin ideas
floating around and want to put my passion into making my own
awesome music instead of commenting on someone else's. 

But dry your tears dear readers, I will still be guiding your musical tastes for
I am joining the wonderful and head banging freek, Joop at Stoner HiVe
as a guest reviewer for the few albums that still inspire me and each month
on BIL I will give a brief rundown on what will make your life better.
